Transcend developed a new logo for Center for Hospice Care. Their original name was shortened for easier recognition and an icon was created to communicate “choices” offered during end of life. The contemporary multi-colored mark features multiple rectangles that can be arranged in different shapes to symbolize options tailored for each need.
